The first person one would usually turn to in such a situation--his or her spouse--can't help, and in some cases has become the enemy. It's a scary, unpleasant and unsettling time.
But it doesn't have to be as bad as many people would lead you to believe. There are ways to get through a divorce without losing your dignity and decency--or your mind! Finding the right attorney to advise and represent you is an important first step.

I will personally handle every aspect of your case, including preparation of all documents, review of court records, interviewing of witnesses, and appearances in court. I don't hand your file off to a paralegal or assistant--I keep it right next to my desk.
When you call my office you won't have to convince a secretary or assistant to let you speak to me. I answer my own telephone. More often than not I will take your call immediately. If I'm not able to speak with you right away, I will do my best to return your call the same day.
